Zen Dens

Health and wellness spa

  • Objectives: Increase customer retention, target marketing to specific subgroups, and generate hype for an upcoming location change

  • Solutions: The team developed tiered corporate wellness packages to incentivize local businesses to offer spa services as employee benefits. We curated outreach lists, proposed mutually beneficial referral partnerships with local gyms and physical therapists , and designed a comprehensive promotional rollout for their new location

StormBreak by PJ Woodlands

Sustainable composite decking manufacturer

  • Objectives: Build brand awareness, establish sustainability credibility, and expand distribution network beyond direct local sales.

  • Solutions: We recommended a targeted distribution expansion focusing on mid-regional Mid-Atlantic distributors through pilot stocking programs. Additionally, we provided a marketing roadmap that included a website revamp to highlight their sustainability awards and targeted outreach via builder-focused micro-influencers

Brewery Vivant

Grand Rapids brewery

  • Objectives: Attract a younger demographic by revitalizing its marketing and introducing a beverage tailored to Gen Z preferences

  • Solutions: Based on market research indicating a strong Gen Z preference for sweet, unique, and health-conscious options, we recommended the "Spiked Apple Blossom"—a Michigan-themed kombucha cocktail. To support the launch, we built a cost-effective marketing strategy utilizing local food and lifestyle micro-influencers on TikTok and Instagram Reels

Sire.io

Sneaker reselling site

  • Objectives: Develop a B2B shipping software startup needed to streamline its internal operations and identify high-margin verticals

  • Solutions: To improve internal efficiency, we recommended AI chatbot integrations and sales automation tools to reduce manual support time and optimize lead sourcing. For market expansion, we developed lean Go-To-Market strategies targeting three highly lucrative verticals: Pharmaceutical Logistics, Light Manufacturing, and Subscription/Perishable Goods

Mdining

Michigan’s on campus dining

  • Objectives: To support sustainability goals by identifying and integrating plant-based initiatives across campus

  • Solutions: We led a strategic consulting initiative to map out plant-based organizations and resources. This comprehensive mapping provided MDining with the necessary framework to streamline sustainable food operations and better align campus dining options with student-driven environmental priorities
